Everyday rituals deserve beautiful spaces, and this Marina renovation was all about elevating the moments people usually overlook. The client trusted the vision from the start, which meant we could refine the details and design each room with real intention.
The master bathroom is where calm meets craft. Warm woods, buttery soft grey tones, and a palette softened for Dubai’s light create a space that feels grounded and gentle. We kept the detailing quiet so the eye can rest, aligned the niche perfectly with the grout lines, added cove lighting for a spa-like glow, and chose a backlit mirror that adds depth without any unnecessary shine. Everything works together to create a room that feels quietly luxurious.
The kitchen needed to feel light, usable, and genuinely enjoyable to be in. We introduced grey-washed oak cabinetry, open shelves for stoneware and cookbooks, and a Scandi-with-warmth palette that softens the apartment’s original architecture. Reworking an apartment kitchen always comes with its own constraints, from fixed plumbing to strict permits, but stripping the design back to what the space actually needed brought clarity. The gunmetal Quooker adds a major cool factor, and because the client was aligned from day one, the entire process was calm and seamless.
The powder room shows how small spaces can carry big intention. We layered a textured paint finish for depth, paired it with clean black hardware, and anchored the room with a warm floating vanity. The sculptural stone basin adds tactility without feeling heavy, and the sliding door brings both space and warmth into the palette. The result is a compact room that feels grounded, considered, and quietly sculptural.
Together, these spaces show how thoughtful materiality, smart lighting, and aligned decision-making can transform an everyday home into something elevated and effortless.
